Invoicing doesn’t have to be a headache
Creating an invoice should take you a minute. In practice, for a lot of people in Uruguay, it takes much longer: an old program installed on a computer that has to stay turned on, an email to the accountant to ask whether everything is okay, and that background feeling that maybe you’re forgetting something with DGI.
If that happens to you, it’s not your fault. Electronic invoicing was built with large companies in mind, and the rest of us had to make do with what was available.

Open the page. Choose Create invoice. Enter who you’re billing and what you’re charging. Done: your client receives the invoice by email, as a PDF, with your logo.
Next month, if you charge them the same amount, duplicate the previous one with one click and you’re done. If you make a mistake, the credit note comes straight from the original invoice without you having to figure out how to do it.
That’s it. Nothing more.
What you’ll never have to do:
- Install a program. Zynvo works in the browser, from your computer or your phone, wherever you are.
- Leave a machine turned on at the office so that “the system works.”
- Remember to send DGI the report every day. Zynvo does it automatically, and then checks that DGI received it correctly.
